Transportation 2.jpg

Our Transportation program continues to operate for seniors AND families and individuals who need transportation to access pharmacy, food, and other emergency supply outlets. We must remind clients that we are unable to let anyone with a contagious illness or signs of Covid access our service. Anyone who is ill should contact their physician directly to seek guidance. To schedule transportation call 518-789-4259 x101, or email raquel@neccmillerton.org.

In conjunction with the participating towns, this project is funded in part by the New York State Department of Transportation, the Foundation for Community Health, Dutchess County Office for the Aging, Eastern Dutchess Rural Health Network, the Plymouth Hill Foundation and the Sisters of Charity.

Our drivers can take you anywhere in Dutchess County for medical, pharmacy, grocery, and laundry trips, or to the doctor or hospital in Sharon, CT. We serve residents of Amenia, Dover, Millerton, Pine Plains, Millbrook, and Stanford.

Rides are free, but donations are welcome.

Call (518) 789-4259 ext. 101 or email raquel@neccmillerton.org to book a ride. Advance notice of 5 days is recommended.

Seniors and persons with disabilities with medical appointments get first priority. Passengers are encouraged to tell us about their special needs. We operate a van with wheelchair lift.
