The Millerton Farmers Market and Amenia Farmers Market are provided by the North East Community Center.

Our markets also receive some support from Berkshire Agricultural Ventures’ Market Match Fund, which offers a $1-for-$1 SNAP match up to $30 per transaction, providing SNAP users with double the spending power at the Market.

Our markets also receive some support from Field & Fork Network’s Double Up Food Bucks New York, which offers an additional $2-for-$2 SNAP match up to $20 per day, providing SNAP users with additional DUFB tokens to purchase vegetables and fruit at any partner farmers market.

In conjunction with the participating towns of Millerton and Amenia, our Farmers Market program operates two year-round farmers markets to increase community access to local, fresh food, provide local producers a sustainable sales outlet, and provide the everyone with an opportunity to meet and come together.

Our farmers markets offer a wide variety of seasonal produce, pasture-raised meats, fruit, cheeses, baked goods and prepared foods. All of our vendors are local and use sustainable and ethical growing practices.

Many of our vendors’ prices are comparable to local supermarkets - check us out first before you do your weekly shopping!
