The Early Learning Program is a licensed day care center offering families a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

The NECC’s Early Learning Program (ELP) is a New York State Office of Children and Family Services licensed daycare center, serving families with children between the ages of 18 and 48 months (1 year, 8 months - 4 years.). The Program operates Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am - 5pm. There are 32 slots and the ELP utilizes a researched based curriculum. The program includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack which is prepared and cooked by our on-site chef. The ELP utilizes the Creative Curriculum for toddlers and preschoolers and participates in CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) for meal reimbursements.
