The Baker's Wife —Hudson Valley sourdough (organic) breads: 5-grain, Rustic Organic, Pain Au Fromage, Sour Cherry, Caraway Rye, Jalapeno Cheddar, and sourdough pretzels!
Wally Farms – (New Vendor) based in Hillsdale, NY; they operate a hydroponic container farm producing lettuces, microgreens, herbs, seasoned salt, and strawberries; and also will be bringing mushrooms, maple syrup, nuts, and pasture raised whole frozen chickens.
